NLO Finance is an AI-powered financial model builder that helps users create professional financial models through guided AI consultations. The service generates financial documents including projections, analyses, and reports.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nlofinance.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Seller and payment processing
The seller of NLO Finance products is PE NIKOLAICHUK OLENA, a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 8172165, registered office: 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom. Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for our products. Your bank statement will show the charge as Paddle.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features are billed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The NLO Finance platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of NLO Coding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the financial data and models you create using NLO Finance. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated financial models.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Financial models and analyses generated by NLO Finance are created with AI assistance and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consulting. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions. NLO Coding is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service
- Use the service to generate misleading financial documents
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
10. Limitation of Liability
NLO Finance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NLO Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
